Making out he was scared of grant when dennis actually killed a man, phil must have told grant this hence why at 12:22 when dennis looked grant in the eyes and said "take your hand off me" grant knew he was looking at a killer which is something the mitchell brothers could never do.

Grant is the number one top hardman in soap history. No doubt about it.
